Phoenix The Fire Theatre & Film Community Hub
Founded in 2020 in Toronto, we are a Deaf-led company using art to break down barriers, ignite cultural fusion, and empower underrepresented voices—especially QTIBPOC Deaf and Hard of Hearing artists.
From ASL music performances and theatrical storytelling to digital accessibility and community workshops, we’re here to reshape the world of entertainment—with inclusion at the center.

We Know the Talent.
We Know the Industry.
We Set the Frame.
Bridging Deaf and hearing worlds through performance, culture, and community.

ASL (American Sign Language) gloss script for Deaf actors.

We provide on-camera workshops for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Actors via ASL instruction by experienced actors and casting directors.

Championing equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in all forms of art and media.
“Phoenix The Fire was born out of necessity. We exist to uplift Deaf creatives—especially those who’ve been left behind for too long.”
